End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User,” “You”) and Multilabel LLC, doing business as MACROTAG (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the MACROTAG mobile or web application (“Licensed Application” or “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
This Agreement is between You and Multilabel LLC only. Apple Inc. (“Apple”) and Google LLC (“Google”) are not parties to this Agreement and have no responsibility for the App or its content. You and MACROTAG acknowledge that:
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement; and
• Upon your acceptance, Apple and Google have the right to enforce this Agreement against You.
The MACROTAG App is designed to facilitate software integrations, compliance tracking, and monitoring of privacy-related frameworks, certifications, and tools in enterprise environments. It may include communication, account management, analytics, and compliance-support features. The App complies with international privacy and data-protection laws and implements high standards of security.
3.1 MACROTAG grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use the App on devices You own or control, in accordance with Apple’s or Google’s Usage Rules.
3.2 The license covers updates or upgrades provided by MACROTAG unless a separate license accompanies such updates.
3.3 You may not:
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
3.4 MACROTAG reserves the right to modify or revoke this license if you violate these terms or misuse the App.
